Vanessa Ford is the Co-founder of Mini Monroe Children's Clothing. As a Canadian-born Jamaican, Ford is on a mission to ensure that children from Africa and the diaspora see themselves positively reflected in the world and have the capacity to dream beyond what they think is possible. Through living in Canada, Africa, Singapore, UK and Portugal and working in public health, fashion, Hollywood studios and startups, she’s recognised the power of storytelling and inspiring the next generation through aspirational diverse worlds and characters.
